Refund policy

Returns

We offer a full refund within the subscription’s first 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since first payment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Meaning, we can't issue a refund for a recurring payment that occurred more than 14 days later from the start of the membership.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Also, you may contact us by email (hello@wiglo.dog) in order to cancel your subscription.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are made for the amount of how much a client actually paid, excluding the discount made using coupons. For example, a refund is not possible if you used a 100% discount coupon for the lifetime membership.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
